Happy Thanksgiving to all! And what says thanksgiving better than a massive turkey hunt across the entire resort. Each turkey has some tokens with them, bring 15 tokens to the bar and you shall find yourself a reward!
- Decorations include: Turkey cups, paper plate leaves, paper plate sponge painting, and art and craft boats representing the mayflower. For older kids, Dream Catchers and God’s Eyes.
- Book marks and Friendship Bracelets
- Jungle shelter building with a hint of native American culture thrown into the mix! Come see our resident monkey man Parmin climb up a palm tree to collect both coconuts and leaves, then bring them along to create your very own teepee style house!
- Pilgrim’s Progress: Two kids are the pilgrims, and two are ships trying to get to the new world, while everyone else tries to create obstacles with their bodies. The ships are blindfolded and the pilgrims have to call out directions to get them to the other side.
- Turkey Ball: Using one of the kitchen bin (painted as a turkey) as a goal, place one kid in front of it as a goalie. The other kids take turns to throw a ball at the bin from 10 feet away. The first to knock it over becomes the goalie.
- Hunt the Turkey: Place two kids as hunters, the rest are turkeys who have 30 seconds to hide around the place. The hunters head out to find the turkeys and bring them into the cage (the benches).
- Turkey Tag: After making a turkey head from a washing line clip, attach to each child. All children have to get as many tags as possible away from other kids. The one with the most tags at the end wins.
