Our reservations clerk will email you your personalised quote.

On accepting the quote, you will be directed to a secure online form for your personal details and credit card information.

Your booking will then be confirmed.

Your quoted package will be charged to your credit card 7 days before your arrival date and a receipt emailed to you.

An invoice for extra’s during your stay is presented on check out and can be paid by cash, Visa or Mastercard.

On arrival please go straight to the bar for your official welcome and welcome cocktail.

The staff will take care of your luggage

After your welcome cocktail you will be shown to your room

We ask all guests to report to the Island Office at the back of the resort, once you have been shown to your rooms.

You can lock away cash, credit cards & passports (purely for insurance purposes) Everything can be signed for around the resort, you don’t need cash.

Children who have not yet celebrated their 2nd birthday are free of charge

Children who have not yet celebrated their 12th birthday are billed as children provided they are sharing the family's chalet

Teens who are 12 and have not yet celebrated their 17th birthday are billed as teens provided they are sharing the family's chalet

Teens who have celebrated their 12th birthday will be billed as adults if they occupy a chalet without adults.

Yes you can! Well behaved dogs are more than welcome at Sea Gypsy.

Don’t bring your dog if you live in Singapore, you won’t be able to return to Singapore without it going into quarantine!

We have operated Sea Gypsy for 27 years, so yes we do!

Bring Malaysian Ringgit with you to pay for tolls, toilets, jetty fees and a cup of Kopi at the Jetty if you arrive a little early

The floor of the boat is always a little wet, so if you have waterproof luggage great!

If not, pack bin bags inside your luggage and pack your clothes into the bin bags, works equally as well!

BRING WALKING SHOES FOR EXCURSIONS

In case of mosquitos we recommend OFF spray

We HIGHLY recommend you use our bush remedy for sand flies, we do sell it on the resort but you can also MAKE YOUR OWN

Room rate includes, 1 x breakfast, 1 x lunch, 1 x dinner and free pour drinking water
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and are subject to 10% service charge and 8% SST (government service tax)
TTX (government room tax) of RM10 per chalet per night
Pulau Sibu is in a Marine Park Conservation Area, our packages do NOT include government charges of RM35 per adult and RM20 per child for entering. Tickets are purchased at the jetty.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the boat schedule due to sea, weather or tide conditions
There is a supplement of RM10 for Adults and RM5 for Children for boat journeys after 6pm
